Job Summary
Halo Home Care Agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Caregivers to provide high-quality Personal Assistance Services (PAS) to clients within the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential or home care and a commitment to improving the daily lives of those they serve.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Position Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential or home care assistance.

Availability: Must be willing to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Credentials: Must have up-to-date documentation for the following:

Current CPR Certification
-
Recent Physical Exam
-
PPD (Tuberculosis) Clearance

Child Abuse Clearance
-
Criminal Background Check
-
Compensation & Benefits

Flexible payment structures: Accepting both W2 and 1099 contractors.
