Overview
We are currently in search of an Office Coordinator to be responsible for day-to-day operations of an office, ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and effectively.
Duties:
Administrative tasks: Creating documents, proofreading, filing, and sending communications.
Scheduling: Scheduling meetings, events, and conference rooms.
Managing supplies: Monitoring supply levels and placing orders for refills.
Supporting Staff: Providing administrative support and supplies to employees.
Greeting Visitors: Welcoming visitors and callers, answering questions, and transferring calls.
Managing Communications: Managing company-wide communications, such as memos, announcements, and invitations.
Marinating the Office: Ensuring the office id clean and presentable.
Vendor relations: Handling vendor relations.
Customer Services: providing customer service.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in and office setting.
Must have credentialing:
PA State Criminal Record check
CPR/First Aid
Physical
PPD/TB
Driver’s License
