Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manages the departments within Loan Operations and provides general and specific direction and information required to efficiently perform job duties. This position strives to optimize capacity of resources and works with the team to create and implement process improvements to automate, reduce defects, and improve cycle time.
- Oversees and assumes responsibilities for loan products, including documentation preparation, loan booking, loan servicing, investor and secondary market reporting, loan accounting, collateral monitoring, secondary credit review process and the SBA servicing and reporting.
- The position is responsible for creating and managing a strong commercial loan/consumer loan cross functional team. Functions would include, but not limited to, complex syndication, participations, tranche-specific arrangements, mezzanine and residential real estate and direct lending, direct consumer and HELOC loans, builder finance, letters of credit, foreign currency.
