Overview
Halo Staffing Agency is currently recruiting for the role in Day Program. Position starting immediately through at least July 28, 2023.
This position is Monday through Friday (closed holidays), 8am – 4pm.
We can fill this role with a CNA or home health aide.
All that is needed to join our agency is for you to be fully credential on the following:
- Updated resume
- 2 forms of identification (preferably driver’s license and SS card)
- 2 professional references that we may contact for previous employment feedback.
- 2 professional references that we may contact for employment verifications.
- Degree(s)/Transcripts
- First Aid card (must be current)
- CPR card (must be current)
- Physical (within 1 year)
- TB test results (TB within 1 year or chest x-ray within 2 years)
- Certificates/trainings relating to position.
- Covid-19 vaccination
- Act 31 – Mandated Child Abuse – See link below. Please send Certificate when complete.
