Overview
Essential Functions:
- Plans and establishes operational objectives for a team with some impact on department results. Understands basic supervisory approaches and has practical knowledge of job area
- Provides day-to-day work direction for direct report(s), focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions.
- Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases.
- Properly allocates resources and capacity needs to support AOP, financial objective
- Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- 3 years’ experience with RF Technology (Transmitters, Transponders, Amplifiers, Converters, Attenuators)
- 3 years’ supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- 2 years’ experience using an MRP system for production order execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in Aerospace Defense; Experience supervising bargaining unit employee a plus.
