Joining the Team: Requirements for Excellence
We hire our caregivers as W2 employees, offering the stability and support of a structured agency. Because we provide care to the most vulnerable members of our community, our credentialing process is rigorous. To join Halo Home Care, you must possess:
- Current CPR Certification
- Up-to-date Physical and PPD
- Clean Child Abuse & Criminal Background Clearances
- A minimum of 2 years of home care or residential experience
